The newest member of the team, David trained at WellSpring, School of Allied Health (formerly MTTI) in Kansas City. He completed the massage therapy program in April, 2011, earning Academic Achievement and Personal Achievement Awards.
David offers a variety of styles - traditional Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue work, Sports Massage, Hot Stone, Reflexology and others. His goal is to tailor the client's experience based on initial interview information as well as feedback during the massage, to insure the client's comfort and satisfaction.
Prior to becoming a massage therapy practitioner, David was an accomplished, award-winning photographer, print and broadcast journalist, He has won awards for his work from the Associated Press, Missouri Press Association, and National Association of Local Television Sportscasters. Though he has stepped away from the daily grind of journalism, David still does occasional freelance work for newspapers throughout the midwest.
A devoted family man, David and his wife, Karen, have three children and six grandchildren. He also serves in Children's Ministry at First Baptist Church, Warrensburg.
